Mental health services across Tameside and Glossop are working differently. The Living Life Well Neighbourhood Mental Health Team will be working together to provide support to people with mental health difficulties in a new way.
The service is coordinated by the Big Life group. The team includes staff from various organisations, including: the Big Life group, Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust; Tameside, Oldham and Glossop MIND, and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council.
When people need help with their mental health, the team will aim to ensure that the right support is given at the right time.
This support may include:
• Information, advice and connecting to other services
• Personalised coaching
• Mental Health assessments
• Psychological therapies
• Wellbeing and self-care education
Living Life Well Neighbourhood Mental Health team is delivered in partnership by The Big Life group, Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, MIND and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council.
