Many people across the world are using mindfulness to cope with the pressures of life – and now we want YOU to join us and make history as we attempt to beat the world record for the most people practicing mindfulness together.
To take part, all you need to do is come along and join our one-off mindfulness session at The Whitworth Art Gallery. No previous experience of practicing mindfulness is needed.
You’ll learn mindfulness techniques that can help you to be more aware of your emotions in the moment and allow you to manage feelings more positively.
It’s a FREE, family-friendly event which is open to everyone. All we need is your time and mindful attention as we attempt to break the record.
